Visual anatomy & craft review
Biker Whiskey is a spurred Victorian label serif with a bonus illustration set: heavy bracketed stems, a medial spur, split serifs and a small drawn ornament pack of wings and ribbons for the label corners. The spur breaks the silhouette, so a word widens at the ends, and the ornament set is drawn to the same line weight as the letters. It needs roughly 32 mm for the spur and the split serif to read, and it is best in one dark ink on cream and amber, or a single gold on a dark label where the spur holds.

A spurred Victorian serif reads as a distillery label from a hundred years ago rather than a modern craft brand. The spur gives the name weight at 26 mm on a label, and the ornament pack fills the corners so the label needs no extra artwork.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Bottle label 90 x 70 mm, word 26 mm with 6 mm spur clearance, 5 mm margins. Neck tag 60 x 40 mm, word 12 mm, 4 mm margins. Carton 80 x 80 x 300 mm, word 40 mm, 12 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 60 x 40 mm neck tag at 12 mm fills the split serif into a solid blob and the brand reads as a smudge on the neck. Keep the neck word at 16 mm or use the plain cut, and check one bottle in shop light before the run.
A Victorian label serif reads as a bar's own signage rather than a printed thank-you, which is what a regulars' night sends. The spur holds at 20 mm on a card, and one ink prints the card, the coaster and the glass tags in a single order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card A6, greeting 20 mm with 6 mm spur clearance, note 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Coaster 95 mm square, word 14 mm, 5 mm die margin. Glass tag 40 x 90 mm, word 10 mm with a 4 mm hole and 8 mm clear.
Pre-production check
On a 95 mm coaster the ornament corner runs into the die edge and the blade clips a ribbon end. Keep the ornament 5 mm inside the die, and cut one coaster before the batch.
A spurred whiskey serif gives an autumn tasting a printed-bill weight rather than a modern flyer. The heavy stems hold at 100 mm on a poster, and one ink prints the poster, the tasting cards and the bottle tags as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A2, word 110 mm with 12 mm spur clearance, details 34 mm, 20 mm margins. Tasting card 105 x 148 mm, header 22 mm, notes 9/12 pt. Bottle tag 50 x 80 mm, word 14 mm with a 4 mm hole and 8 mm clear.
Pre-production check
A 105 x 148 mm tasting card at 22 mm closes the brackets and the header prints as a heavy bar over the notes. Raise the header to 28 mm, and print one card before the event.
