Crouton is a friendly condensed sans with soft rounded terminals, tall proportions and a rubber-hose cartoon flavour, so a menu title reads as a burger shack rather than a modern restaurant. The rounded ends keep it warm at small sizes, and the condensed stance fits a long item name on a narrow board. It ships OTF, TTF and multilingual glyphs, which makes it usable for a translated menu. It needs roughly 20 mm for the rounded terminal to read, and it is best in ketchup red on warm cream or in white on a dark board.
