Visual anatomy & craft review
Baseball Stitch is a hollow-outlined varsity slab with curved seam laces: open letters where only the outline prints, with two curved stitch lines running through the counters and a small lace cross at the ends of each seam. The hollow face needs a light ground, and the stitched seams are the finest element and close first. It needs roughly 32 mm for the stitch and the outline to read, and it is best as a one-colour vinyl cut on a light ground, or two flat inks where the seams take the second colour.

A stitched hollow varsity slab reads as a team patch rather than a printed jersey name. The seams hold at 30 mm, and one thread colour covers the patch while the same artwork prints the banner.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card A6, word 30 mm with 10 mm stitch clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Patch 90 x 60 mm, word 34 mm, 4 mm edge margin. Banner 1500 x 400 mm, word 150 mm, 30 mm safe edge.
Pre-production check
An embroidered patch at 34 mm merges the two seam lines into one thick curve. Keep the patch at 42 mm or above, and approve one sample before the order.
A stitched varsity slab announces a baseball party inside the lettering. The seams hold at 44 mm on a topper, and two flat inks print the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 10 mm stitch clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm vinyl topper cut at the seam lines leaves thin curves that stretch while weeding. Weld the seams to the outline, and test one before the party.
A stitched hollow slab reads as a season that has been played rather than a new flyer. The seams hold at 130 mm on a poster, and two flat inks print the poster and the fixture cards in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A2, word 130 mm with 15 mm stitch clearance, details 40 mm, 20 mm margins. Fixture card 148 x 105 mm, header 24 mm, fixtures 9 mm. Shirt print 300 x 400 mm, word 90 mm, 20 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 148 x 105 mm fixture card at 9 mm turns the seams into a dotted haze and the dates read as a patterned band. Set the card in a plain slab and keep the face for fabric, then print one card before the batch.
