Visual anatomy & craft review
Army Baseball Font is a full-colour OpenType-SVG alphabet drawn as stitched leather: each letter is a baseball panel with visible red stitching, a soft leather grain and a highlight along the seam, delivered in a colour format that some software and most cutters cannot read. The stitching is the design and closes first when the letter shrinks. It needs roughly 34 mm for the stitch and the panel edge to read, and it only works as an RGB print on white, or as a two-colour flat conversion where the stitches are redrawn as solids.

A stitched-leather alphabet reads as a team patch rather than a printed jersey name, which is what a school team wants on its roster. The stitching holds at 30 mm, and a flat conversion prints the card and the banner in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card A6, word 30 mm with 10 mm stitch clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Patch 90 x 60 mm, word 22 mm, 4 mm edge margin. Banner 1500 x 400 mm, word 150 mm, 30 mm safe edge.
Pre-production check
An embroidered patch at 22 mm merges the stitches into a solid cream field. Keep the patch at 32 mm or above, and approve one sample before the order.
A stitched-leather alphabet announces a baseball party inside the lettering. The panels hold at 44 mm on an invite, and a flat conversion prints the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 10 mm stitch clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
The SVG colour alphabet drops to a black silhouette in most cutting software, so the cup wrap loses the stitching entirely. Export a flat two-colour version, and wrap one cup before the party.
A leather-panel alphabet reads as a season that has been played, not a new flyer. The panels hold at 130 mm on a poster, and a flat conversion prints the poster and the fixture cards in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A2, word 130 mm with 15 mm stitch clearance, details 40 mm, 20 mm margins. Fixture card 148 x 105 mm, header 24 mm, fixtures 9 mm. Shirt print 300 x 400 mm, word 90 mm, 20 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 148 x 105 mm fixture card at 9 mm turns the stitching into a pink haze and the dates read as a patterned band. Set the card in a plain slab and keep the face for fabric, then print one card before the batch.
