Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Two words are stacked and each letter is built from flat squares: the strokes are three or four pixels thick, the diagonals step, the counters are square, and a fine white keyline separates each coloured letter from the ground, so a word reads as a row of painted tiles. The colours change letter by letter, which gives the block a playful patchwork feel, and the letters are fitted tightly enough that the words stay compact on a small format. The line beneath is set in the same face in black at a smaller size, which shows the face carries at both scales. Behind the block the ground is a soft painted surface in cream and blue with thin red drips running down from the top edge, kept pale so the saturated letters stay legible. Pixel Joyjolt is a display face for children's products, party goods, posters and social graphics, and it needs short words at a large size and a pale ground.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Pixel Joyjolt’s stroke geometry.
A multicolour pixel face reads across a room and looks right in a photograph, and the flat colours carry the mood without an illustration.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 900 by 400 mm banner: set the greeting at 140 pt over two lines, keep 30 mm of clear ground beneath before the time at 26 pt, and hold 24 mm of border on all four sides.
Pre-production check
Multi-colour letters on fabric need registration; print one section at final size and check the keylines.
A pixel face marks a room without a printed icon beside it, and the stepped letters stay legible on a sign seen from the end of a corridor.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 sign at 210 by 297 mm: set the words at 60 pt over two lines, keep 18 mm of clear ground beneath before the rules at 12 pt, and hold 16 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
Saturated colours on a pale wall can look thin; print one sign and view it from the corridor before laminating.
A pixel face works on small stickers because the grid stays readable at a small size, and the colour range makes a sheet feel like a set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 148 by 100 mm sheet of 35 mm stickers: set the word at 14 pt inside each die, keep 5 mm of clear ground to the die line, and repeat the block across the sheet.
Pre-production check
A fine keyline can be trimmed by a die; keep the cut line clear of the outline and print one sheet first.
