Visual anatomy & craft review
Kawaii Heartsy is a mixed-style decorative alphabet in which letters are built from hearts, lollipops, swirls and candy sprinkles, supplied with bonus SVG letter artwork so a cutter can run the shapes. The construction is playful and inconsistent by design, so a word reads as a decorated sign rather than a typeface, and the shapes are chunky enough to cut at 30 mm. It needs roughly 30 mm for the candy detail to read as candy, and it is at its best in two pink tones on a pale ground.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Kawaii Heartsy’s stroke geometry.
Candy-built letters read as a decoration rather than a font, which is what a children's valentine wants. The chunky shapes cut cleanly at 30 mm on a sticker die.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Sign 300 x 200 mm, word 60 mm, 25 mm margins. Tag 45 x 80 mm, word 9 mm, hole 5 mm clear, 3 mm trim. Sticker 50 mm round, word 8 mm, 2 mm die margin and 3 mm clear of the release cut.
Pre-production check
A 50 mm sticker with candy shapes at 8 mm fills the interior detail and the letter looks solid. Keep the word at 12 mm or above on stickers, and check one printed sample before the sheet.
Candy letters set a sweet-table theme in one word, and the built-in hearts and swirls replace props. Heavy shapes cut cleanly as a topper at 45 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, name 18 mm, details 4.5 mm, 10 mm margins. Topper 150 x 120 mm, name 50 mm, 8 mm stick slot. Banner letters 120 mm on 2 mm card, 5 mm hole.
Pre-production check
A die-cut topper cannot follow swirls and they get cut to stubs. Extend the die at the swirls or accept the cropping deliberately, and check one cut topper before making a set.
Playful shapes read as a reward rather than a rule, which is what a sticker should be. The chunky forms survive lamination and a small die.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Display letters 80 mm on 160 gsm, 30 mm margins, 45 mm pitch. Cubby label 80 x 40 mm, name 9 mm, 3 mm border. Sticker 30 mm round, word 6 mm, 2 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
Classroom stickers are peeled by small fingers and a candy shape with a narrow neck tears first. Round the necks in the artwork, and pull one sticker before printing a class set.
