Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Graffiti Giggle is a cartoon character-eye bubble graffiti display: fat interlocking throw-up letters with a hard keyline, cartoon eyes set inside one or two counters that look out at the reader, and a small drip running off the baseline. The eyes are the design and they turn into two dots as soon as the face shrinks. It needs roughly 32 mm for the eye and the keyline to read, and it is best as a two-colour flat print on coated stock, or one vinyl colour where the eyes are redrawn as knockouts.

A character-eye throw-up turns a street-culture page into its own wall with a face on it. The eyes hold at 44 pt on a coated page, and two flat inks keep the keyline crisp against a photograph.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Header 44 pt with 10 mm eye clearance, body 9/13 pt over two columns of 82 mm, 18 mm margins and a 12 mm head. Opener 36 pt with 10 mm of clear ground beside the image. Pull quote 32 pt with 8 mm above and 8 mm below.
Pre-production check
At 32 pt on the pull quote the eyes close into two dots and the quote reads as a blot. Keep the face at 40 pt and above, and proof one spread at 1:1.
A character-eye graffiti face reads as a printed sticker rather than a corporate mark, which is what a skate shop wants on a shutter. The eyes hold at 30 mm on a sticker, and two flat inks print the sticker and the decal in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Sticker 90 x 60 mm, word 30 mm with 8 mm eye clearance, 5 mm die margin. Window decal 400 x 200 mm, word 60 mm, 25 mm margins. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 90 x 60 mm sticker at 30 mm turns the eyes into two dots and the name reads as a tile. Raise the sticker word to 40 mm, and check one sheet before the run.
A character-eye graffiti face announces a loud party through the lettering alone. The eyes hold at 44 mm on a topper, and two flat inks print the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 10 mm eye clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A cup wrap printed across the taper shifts the eyes at the seam and the word reads as a row of dots. Keep the word inside the flat 60 mm centre band, and wrap one cup before the party.
