Farmhouse Planner is a bouncy connected cursive built from a monoline brush, with an uneven baseline that rises and dips inside a word and small knotted eyelet curls on the F, r, s, e and n. Because the stroke never thickens, it holds together on a low-resolution transfer and on a pen plot, and because the connections are genuine rather than feigned, a whole phrase keeps its rhythm. It is informal in tone and needs to be set at a size where the curls can resolve, roughly 12 mm and up, and it should not be used for anything that must be read in a hurry.
