Heavy rounded bold sans with a thick dark outline
Cute Bold is a heavy rounded sans in which the letters swell, the counters close to slots and a thick dark outline wraps each word, so a two-word title reads as a cut sticker made for a scrapbook.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The C curls a fat crescent, the u fills a deep bowl, the t crosses a low bar, the e closes a small eye, the B stacks two heavy bowls and the o stays a fat ring, all at a maximal weight with rounded corners and a contour drawn well outside the stroke. The outline is the character: it separates the word from a mid-tone ground without a drop shadow, which is why the sample sets two lines with small hearts either side. Because the counters are narrow, the face needs 26 pt before they stay open, and it prints in two flat inks. The pale ground, the hearts, the small sparkles and the caption are presentation; the pink and blue display words are the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Cute Bold’s stroke geometry.
The thick outline gives a sticker its margin, and the rounded weight keeps a short name readable at 30 mm on a round die in two inks.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 mm round sticker: set the name at 30 mm, keep the outline at 2 mm, and leave 5 mm inside the die so the contour stays whole around the curve.
Pre-production check
An outline printed to the die edge gets cut through; check the sticker sheet and centre the word on the circle.
The heavy rounded shapes read across a room, and the drawn contour lets a home printer cut the word out without any die work at 60 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 banner: set the greeting at 60 mm, keep the contour at 3 mm, and cut around the outer line so the letters stay joined rather than falling apart on the wall.
Pre-production check
Cutting along the inner edge of the heavy outline breaks the word into single letters; check the banner and cut the outer contour only.
The friendly weight suits a tray label, and the narrow counters still hold a first name at 22 pt on a laminated strip in one ink.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 90 by 40 mm strip: set the name at 22 pt, keep 5 mm of clear border, and laminate with a matte pouch so the rounded ends do not catch the classroom lights.
Pre-production check
A glossy pouch reflects the ceiling strips and hides the counters; check the finished strip and use matte film.
