Heavy rounded cartoon capitals with small counters and uneven widths
Super Bubble is a heavy rounded cartoon display in which the capitals inflate, the counters shrink to small openings and the widths vary, so two stacked words read as gently over-full balloons.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The S swells through a fat spine, the O closes a small ring inside a broad shoulder, the B stacks two plump bowls and the stems push against their neighbours, with soft contours and no serifs anywhere. The inflation is the character: the letters look pressed outward, which is why the sample sets two rows with air around them. Because the counters are small, the face wants 34 pt before they stay open and it cuts cleanly from three quarters of an inch of cap height. The pale ground, the shadow behind the words and the small caption are presentation; the dark bubble capitals are the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Super Bubble’s stroke geometry.
The plump letters read across a room, and the small counters stay open at 80 mm on a printed banner in one flat pastel colour.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 banner: set the greeting at 80 mm on one row, keep the counters at 4 mm wide, and set the age in a 22 pt rounded sans beneath with 16 mm of clear ground.
Pre-production check
Small counters printed at 24 pt close into dots; check the proof and keep the bubble lines at 34 pt or above.
The inflated forms suit a kiosk board, and the heavy fill holds at 60 mm on a laminated panel printed in two bright colours.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 500 by 200 mm panel: set the word at 60 mm, keep 22 mm of border so the round ends stay inside, and set the prices in a 12 pt sans beneath the line.
Pre-production check
A laminate over soft contours softens them further; check the mounted panel and keep the counters at 3 mm minimum.
The simple shapes cut without small parts, and the rounded forms stay whole at 30 mm on a shaped die with pale paper backing.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 sticker sheet: set the word at 30 mm, keep 4 mm of clear vinyl around each bubble, and leave 6 mm between motifs so the die cuts stay separate.
Pre-production check
Two bubble motifs set closer than 5 mm share one cut line; check the sheet and open the spacing by 2 mm before the die is made.
