Fat rounded seasonal caps
Pumpkin Pop is a fat rounded display in orange and pink with a dark contour on a plain ground: very round caps with soft corners, tiny counters, a bouncy baseline and small face details on two letters, with a tracked caption beneath.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The two words are stacked and each letter is a fat rounded form: the strokes are heavy, the corners are fully soft, and the counters are small dots, which gives the block its inflated look. Two letters carry a small face, which turns the word into a character without breaking the silhouette, and the bounce keeps the pair friendly. The dark contour separates the letters from the ground and allows two colours to sit side by side without the word falling apart. Because the forms are so round and the counters small, the face works at sticker and poster size, and the specimen sets it large with a single tracked caption in a small grotesque.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Pumpkin Pop’s stroke geometry.
A fat rounded face keeps a seasonal card playful rather than frightening, and the heavy contour reads at card size where a textured face would clot.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A6 card: the greeting at 30 pt with a 1.5 mm contour, the details in a 9 pt sans, and two small faces. Keep 12 mm margins and print two colours on a pale card.
Pre-production check
Check the 30 pt greeting, where a small counter can fill; enlarge it. Confirm the 9 pt details keep a 4.5:1 contrast and that the faces stay clear of the trim.
A fat sticker face is a favour in itself, and the contour makes the artwork work on any surface without a background print.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Die-cut 45 mm stickers: the phrase at 12 pt, the name at 8 pt, and 2 mm clear to the die. Keep the smallest counter at 3 mm and print three colours on white vinyl.
Pre-production check
Check the die cut at 45 mm, where a counter can close; enlarge it. Confirm the stickers peel cleanly and that the contour holds at the die edge.
A rounded label reads as friendly packaging, and the two-colour version keeps a seasonal run affordable for a small bakery.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 mm round label: the product at 14 pt, the weight in a 6 pt sans, and a small face. Keep 4 mm inside the die and print two colours on a white stock.
Pre-production check
Check the 14 pt product, where a small counter can fill on a curved label; enlarge it. Confirm the 6 pt weight reads on the shelf and that the label sits flat on a box.
