Tall irregular spooky capitals with wobbly contours
Haunted Nights is a tall irregular capital alphabet in which the stems wobble, the counters sag and the outline breaks unevenly, so a two-word greeting reads as lettering cut quickly for a porch sign.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The H sets two wobbly stems with a sagging bar, the A carries a low crossbar under a bent apex, the u fills a deep bowl, the n keeps two uneven shoulders, the t crosses a crooked bar and the e closes a slanted eye, all at a heavy weight with irregular contours and a soft offset behind the letters. The wobble is the character: no stroke is straight, which is why the sample sets two stacked words on a warm ground with drawn stars around them. Because the shapes are solid, the face holds from 30 pt and cuts cleanly in card; at small sizes the wobble turns into noise. The warm ground, the four-point stars and the script line beneath are presentation; the dark display words are the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Haunted Nights’s stroke geometry.
The wobbly silhouette reads from the pavement, and the heavy strokes stay solid at 90 mm on a painted board in one dark colour.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Paint a 600 by 400 mm board: set the greeting at 90 mm on two lines, keep 30 mm of border, and paint in one flat colour so the irregular edges stay deliberate rather than ragged.
Pre-production check
A wobbly contour painted over a second coat thickens unevenly; check the board and keep to one thinned coat per letter.
The solid strokes cut as a single piece on a home cutter, and the uneven edges give the topper its spooky character at 45 mm in card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut a 170 mm topper: set the word at 45 mm, keep every stroke at 6 mm of material, and add a 20 mm stem behind a straight letter so the support stays hidden.
Pre-production check
A stem behind a wobbling stroke shows through; check the topper and place the support behind the steadiest stroke.
The irregular letters read as a hand-cut sticker, and the heavy weight holds a short word at 35 mm on a round die in one ink.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 mm round sticker: set the word at 35 mm, keep 5 mm inside the die so the uneven edges stay whole, and print in one flat colour on white stock.
Pre-production check
A white margin that varies with the wobble looks accidental; check the sticker and centre the word on the die rather than the artboard.
