Visual anatomy & craft review
Naya is a heavy geometric military stencil sans: thick squared stems, chamfered corners, a bridge cutting every closed counter and a strict vertical construction that reads as cargo marking. The bridge is structural, so it must stay wide enough for a blade or a stencil brush, and the geometric skeleton keeps the word level. It needs roughly 30 mm for the bridge and the chamfer to read, and it is best in one flat olive or black on raw board and white, or white on a dark cargo surface.

A military stencil is the marking a crate already carries, so a brand in it reads as logistics rather than lifestyle. The heavy stems stay solid through a 90 mm spray at arm's length, and one can of paint covers the crate and the tape without a mask.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Crate stencil 400 x 250 mm, letters 90 mm with 12 mm bridges, 20 mm margins. Tape 50 mm wide, word 14 mm along the run. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 14 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
At 14 mm on the card the counter bridge collapses below 0.3 mm and the C prints closed as a solid bowl. Use the face only at 30 mm and above, and check one printed card before the order.
A stencil sans reads as a specification plate rather than a headline, which is what an industrial feature wants at the top of the page. The bridges give the title a stencilled bluntness at 64 pt, and the square corners align to the column grid without correction.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Title 64 pt with 6 mm bridge clearance, body 9/13 pt in three columns, 18 mm margins. Spec plate 120 x 60 mm, label 8 mm, value 10 mm. Tab 40 x 120 mm, word 9 mm, 4 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 9 mm section tab closes the bridge on the R and the tab reads as a black box at arm's length. Keep tabs at 14 mm or print them as icons, and check one tab sheet at 1:1.
A military stencil reads as depot signage rather than a shop sign, which is what a winter logistics yard wants on its gate. The heavy stems hold at 200 mm in poor light, and one ink prints the sign and the pallet labels in a single order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Gate sign 1200 x 600 mm, word 200 mm with 20 mm bridge clearance, 40 mm margins. Pallet label 150 x 100 mm, word 30 mm, 8 mm margins. Hi-vis print 120 x 40 mm, word 14 mm, 4 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 120 x 40 mm hi-vis panel at 14 mm closes the chamfer and the bridge, and the name reads as a black sticker. Raise it to 20 mm or use a woven patch, and check one printed panel before the order.
