Crisp hairline serifs shine on stationery, foil stamping, and packaging; add slight offset for small decals.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Glofi is a minimalist luxury serif with flared wedge terminals, a curved l foot and a hooked arch on the i, so the face reads as sculpture rather than ornament. Contrast is high but the hairlines are short, which lets it hold at 14 pt on a card while staying luminous at 80 pt on a cover. The wedges give a word a quiet signature, and the face prefers generous space around it: crowded settings cancel the effect. It is a branding and editorial face for cosmetics, fashion and fine stationery.

Flared wedges read as a designed mark rather than a stock serif, which is what a small cosmetics line needs on a shelf of similar bottles. High contrast prints beautifully on coated carton.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Carton 55 x 140 x 30 mm, name 20 pt, legal 5.5/7.5 pt, 8 mm margins. Bottle label 40 x 70 mm, name 11 pt, 4 mm top arc. Card 85 x 55 mm, name 9 pt, 6 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Hairlines under 0.15 mm on an uncoated carton fill and the wedge turns blunt. Specify a coated board, or drop the name size and move to a lighter weight if the carton must stay uncoated.
A minimal luxury serif reads as a curated title, which suits a gallery or fashion publication. Contrast holds over a quiet photographic background without an outline.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cover 210 x 297 mm, title 96 pt, cover lines 10/14 pt, 20 mm margins. Art book 240 x 300 mm, title 60 pt, captions 9/13 pt. Label 100 x 60 mm, object 10 pt, data 7 pt.
Pre-production check
Gallery labels are read at 40 cm under gallery lighting, and a high-contrast serif at 7 pt sparkles. Keep the display face for the object name and set the data in a plain sans.
Wedge serifs give a pared-back suite a signature without a script, which is what a gallery wedding wants. The face holds names at 26 pt and details at 9 pt in one voice.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invitation 120 x 180 mm, names 26 pt, details 9/14 pt, 18 mm margins. Menu 120 x 210 mm, header 14 pt, dishes 9/13 pt. Card 90 x 50 mm, name 9 pt, table 4 pt.
Pre-production check
A suite printed on heavy cotton stock draws ink and the hairlines thicken, reducing the contrast that makes this face work. Print one proof on the final stock before committing the whole run.
