Fiery anime-slash & brush-calligraphy display font (OTF & TTF)
Gala is actually an energetic, flame-tipped Asian-brush / anime-slash display font wrapped in a crisp white contour (NOT a technical utility stencil!).

Visual anatomy & craft review
Gala is an energetic brush display whose capitals end in flame-shaped tips and slashes, wrapped in a crisp white contour that separates the letter from a busy background. The brush is broad and fast, with visible pressure shifts, and the contour is drawn tight to the silhouette so it reads as a sticker edge. The flame tips extend the artwork outward, so the layout needs outer margin, and the face needs roughly 30 mm before the tips read as flame rather than as ragged edges. It is a poster, cover and anime-adjacent face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Gala’s stroke geometry.
Flame-tipped brush capitals read as a title card from an action series, which is the reference an anime release wants. The white contour keeps the title readable over artwork.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A2, word 280 mm with 25 mm tip allowance, times 22/28 pt, 30 mm margins. Cover 312 x 312 mm, word 200 mm, credits 7 pt. Banner 2400 x 800 px, word 900 px, 100 px clearance.
Pre-production check
Flame tips extend the artwork box and get clipped when a file is fitted to a page. Declare the box, and check one printed poster for a cut tip before hanging.
Brush flames read as packaged energy, which is what a gaming or energy brand is selling. The contour gives a second colour from one separation.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Can 65 x 115 mm print area, word 24 mm, 8 mm clear of the seam and 6 mm from the base radius. Box 250 x 200 x 80 mm, word 70 mm on the lid with 30 mm margins. Tee print 280 x 160 mm, word 60 mm, 40 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A can wrap crosses a 6 mm seam and a contoured word placed across it splits in two. Keep the word 8 mm clear of the seam, and check one filled can for a broken contour.
Slashing brush letters set an action theme without licensed characters, and the contour holds on a small A6 at 18 mm. Flame tips give a short name a dynamic silhouette.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, name 18 mm with 8 mm tip allowance, details 4.5 mm, 10 mm margins. Topper 150 x 120 mm, name 50 mm, 8 mm stick slot. Poster A3, word 200 mm, 30 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A die-cut topper cannot follow flame tips and they get cut to stubs. Either extend the die or simplify the tip, and check one cut topper against the design before making a set.
