Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Easter Mama is a chunky groovy inline-outlined retro display: fat rounded letters carrying a double line inside the stroke and a soft outline around it, with a wobbling baseline and a curl on the round forms. The inline is the design and it merges into a single line as soon as the letter shrinks. It needs roughly 32 mm for the inline to read, and it is best in two flat inks on cream, or one ink plus a knocked-out inline on coloured card where the double line stays open.

A groovy inline display reads as a hand-drawn seventies poster rather than a modern flyer, which is what a spring fair wants at the gate. The inline holds at 90 mm on a poster, and two flat inks print the poster and the stall cards in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A3, word 90 mm with 12 mm inline clearance, details 28 mm, 18 mm margins. Stall card 105 x 75 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins. Bag label 90 x 50 mm, word 16 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
On a 90 x 50 mm bag label at 16 mm the inline closes into one thick line and the word reads as a striped blob. Raise the label word to 22 mm, and print one label before the batch.
An inline retro display reads as a hand-painted bakery board rather than a printed logo. The inline holds at 60 mm on a board, and two flat inks print the board and the box in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Board 600 x 900 mm, word 100 mm with 12 mm inline clearance, items 26 mm, 30 mm margins. Box print 200 x 150 mm, word 50 mm, 12 mm margins. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 14 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 200 x 150 mm box at 50 mm fills the inline on the fold of corrugated panel and the mark reads as a solid shape. Keep the word off the flute line, and print one box before the run.
An inline retro display announces a themed birthday without a licensed graphic. The inline holds at 44 mm on an invite, and two flat inks print the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 10 mm inline clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A cup wrap printed across the taper squeezes the inline at the seam and the word reads as a striped band. Keep the word inside the flat 60 mm centre band, and wrap one cup before the party.
