Soft uneven uppercase with rounded C bowls and gently bowed N diagonals
Candleon is a soft humanist sans in coral: wide arches, gently flared stems, open terminals and an A whose apex is cut flat so the letter reads warm rather than geometric.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
CANDLEON crosses the card in coral on an off-white ground, with a drawn cream candle behind the middle of the word and a small flame rising between the D and the L. The letters have wide shoulders, short stems and generous spacing, and the arches of the C, the D and the O are nearly circular, so the word feels unhurried. The M is splayed slightly at the feet and the E has a short middle bar, which keeps the face from looking like a rounded geometric. Around the word the credits sit at the smallest size on the page: a studio name at the left, the style and the language support under the word, and a year at the right. The face is quietly friendly rather than decorative, and it works both as a headline and as a light text face, which is rare for something this soft.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Candleon’s stroke geometry.
The soft arches read as gentle and handmade, and the open terminals stay clear on a small label where a condensed face would crowd the ingredients list.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 70 by 50 mm wrap label: set the soap name at 18 pt on one row, keep 7 mm of clear ground beneath before the scent note at 5 pt, and hold 5 mm from the widest letter to the label edge.
Pre-production check
Soft curves print slightly heavier on uncoated stock; print one label on the actual paper and compare the weight before the roll.
The humanist arches keep a long standfirst friendly without a script, and the open bowls stay readable at eleven points on a page that also sets a serif body.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 by 297 mm spread: set the standfirst at 14 pt on 20 pt leading in a 90 mm measure, keep 12 mm of clear ground under the headline before the first line, and hold 8 mm between the standfirst and the body column.
Pre-production check
Light humanist faces thin out on recycled paper; print one spread on the actual stock before the issue closes.
The warm shapes suit a page written for parents of small children, and the open counters stay legible when the newsletter is printed at home on plain paper.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 newsletter: set the masthead at 40 pt on one row, keep 16 mm of clear ground beneath before the first item at 11 pt, and hold 15 mm of margin at both sides of the sheet.
Pre-production check
Home printers thicken rounded strokes; print one page on the machine the school uses and check the counters.
