Visual anatomy & craft review
Broteli is a Tuscan-spurred circus and carnival poster display: heavy unbracketed slabs that split into a forked foot, a median spur rising from the middle of some stems, small ball terminals and a slight inward curve on the round letters that reads as a hand-painted carnival board. The forks are the design and they close first when the face shrinks. It needs roughly 32 mm for the fork and the spur to read, and it is best in two bright inks on cream, or one ink plus paper where the forks print as cuts.

A Tuscan carnival display announces a fair-themed birthday through the lettering alone. The forks hold at 44 mm on a topper, and two bright inks print the invite and the banner as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 12 mm fork clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Banner 1500 x 400 mm, word 150 mm, 30 mm safe edge.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm topper cut through a forked foot leaves a 1 mm prong that snaps on the stick. Cut toppers with a 2 mm bridge, and test one before the party.
A Tuscan display reads as a painted fairground board rather than a printed logo, which is what a seasonal attraction wants at the gate. The forks hold at 100 mm on a sign, and two bright inks print the sign and the tickets in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Sign 1200 x 400 mm, word 140 mm with 12 mm fork clearance, 25 mm safe edge. Ticket 100 x 50 mm, word 16 mm, 4 mm perforation. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 16 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 100 x 50 mm ticket at 16 mm merges the fork into a single slab and the word reads as a bar. Raise the ticket to 22 mm, and print one ticket before the batch.
A carnival display reads across a field at gate distance where a thin face would vanish. The forks hold at 150 mm on a poster, and two bright inks print the poster and the tote from one separation.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A2, word 150 mm with 15 mm fork clearance, details 44 mm, 20 mm margins. Stage banner 3000 x 800 mm, word 260 mm, 60 mm safe edge. Tote print 300 x 300 mm, word 70 mm, 25 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Screen printed on a tote at 70 mm the forks bridge and fill after a wash. Use a 2 mm stencil bridge on the feet, and wash one sample before the order.
