The central word is set in an ultra condensed slab: the stems are narrow, the serifs are square blocks wider than the stems, and the counters are long slots, which is what allows the face to be stacked without the letters collapsing. The specimen repeats the word above the main line and below it, one repetition inverted and both outlined in a hairline, so the composition reads as a decorative band with a solid centre. That repetition is a use of the face rather than a property of it, and the honest note is that the letters themselves stay legible only when set large and spaced evenly. The palette is one magenta ink on a textured cream, and two tracked captions above and below explain the product in a light grotesque.
