Bold handwriting with a coloured drop shadow
Winky Swing is a bold handwritten script in brown on cream: fat rounded letters with open loops, a tilted baseline and a mint shadow offset behind them, with two small sparkles either side and a tracked caption below.

Visual anatomy & craft review
Two words are stacked and the face is a bold handwriting: the stroke is thick and even, the letters are rounded and unjoined, the W opens with a wide loop, the k kicks its leg out, the final y drops a tail that swings left, and the whole block tilts a few degrees so the words look stacked by hand. A second copy of every letter is offset down and to the right in mint, which gives the block a shadow without a blur and adds a second colour without a second plate for the artwork. The letters are set close, so each word reads as a soft mass, and the shadow keeps the words apart where they nearly touch. Two small sparkles sit at the sides, and a tracked capital line names the style at the foot. The palette is brown and mint on cream. Winky Swing is a handwritten face for cards, packaging, stickers and social graphics, and it needs short words at a large size and a light ground.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Winky Swing’s stroke geometry.
A bold layered hand sets a playful tone, and the offset shadow does the decorating on a card that would otherwise need an illustration.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 105 by 148 mm card: set the greeting at 30 pt over two lines, keep 14 mm of clear ground beneath before the details at 9 pt, and hold 12 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
An offset shadow at thirty points can crowd the line beneath; proof one card and check the spacing.
A layered hand reads at the size of a sticker, and the two colours give a small mark depth without a gradient or a photograph.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 mm round sticker: set the name at 14 pt over two lines, keep 6 mm of clear ground inside the die, and hold the artwork 4 mm clear of the circle edge.
Pre-production check
A shadow that runs past the die will be trimmed; keep the block centred and cut one sticker first.
A bold hand lightens a page about making things, and the shadow keeps the heading from disappearing against a photographed background.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 by 280 mm page: set the heading at 38 pt over one line, keep 15 mm of clear ground beneath before the standfirst at 11 pt, and hold 20 mm of margin on all four sides.
Pre-production check
Two colours on a photograph need contrast; place the heading on a pale area and proof the page.
