Monoline signature script
Single Lovers is a monoline signature script in near-black on cream: an even stroke, moderate slant, open loops and a soft bounce, set in two words on one line with a long connecting stroke and a small tracked caption beneath.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The two words are set on a single line and the drawing is a monoline script: the stroke stays the same weight through the loops, the slant is consistent, and the joins are drawn as flat links, which keeps the phrase readable at card size. The bounce is soft, so the line looks written rather than ruled, and the open loops let the eye follow the words. Because the stroke is even and moderate, the face works at label size as well as at heading size, which is why the specimen sets it large without losing the small-size qualities. The ground is a plain cream with a thin inner frame, and the caption beneath is tracked small caps in a light roman.

A monoline script reads as a personal note and stays legible at A6, which is what a shop needs for a hand-out card rather than a poster.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A6 card: the phrase at 26 pt, the offer in a 9 pt sans, and a small heart. Keep 12 mm margins and print one ink on a pale card so the even stroke reads as pen.
Pre-production check
Check the 26 pt phrase at home-print resolution, where a thin join can break; keep it above 0.5 mm. Confirm the 9 pt offer keeps a 4.5:1 contrast and that the heart clears the trim.
A monoline script prints consistently across a sheet of place cards, and the even stroke keeps thirty names looking like one hand.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print A4 sheets of eight: each name at 20 pt, the table in an 8 pt roman, and 8 mm between cards. Keep 10 mm inside the trim so the loops are never cut and print one ink on a cream card.
Pre-production check
Check the 20 pt names, where a loop can run into the trim; centre each name on its widest letter. Confirm the 8 pt table reads across the table and that the sheet cuts cleanly.
A signature label reads as handmade, and the even stroke survives on an uncoated sticker where a modulated script fills with fibre.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 by 80 mm label: the scent at 14 pt, the weight in a 6 pt sans, and the maker at 7 pt. Keep 4 mm inside the die and print one ink on a kraft stock.
Pre-production check
Check the 14 pt scent on kraft, where the even stroke can look flat; keep the ink dark. Confirm the 6 pt weight reads on the shelf and that the label survives a damp wipe.
