Chunky multicolour sticker display
Simple Chunky is a chunky rounded display in pastel multicolour with a white contour and a soft offset shadow: fat lowercase letters, a bouncing baseline, daisy and sparkle ornaments, and a curved note in a light script at the left, so the plate reads as a sticker sheet.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The specimen colours each letter differently, which is the product's real use case: a chunky rounded face built for vinyl, cake toppers and sticker sheets where the outline and the offset give the letters their third dimension. The shapes are very fat and the counters small, so the face works at display size only, and the bounce keeps the word friendly rather than geometric. The white contour is what makes the letters read against any background, and the shadow is drawn at a fixed offset, which is a decision a buyer should keep consistent across a set. The ornaments — daisies and four-point sparkles — sit outside the letters, and the note at the left curves along the edge so it does not compete with the word.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Simple Chunky’s stroke geometry.
A chunky rounded face cuts cleanly in card and the contour gives the letters a self-adhesive edge, which is what a topper needs to stand up on a cake.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut a 150 mm topper: the name at 55 mm x-height with a 4 mm contour, 8 mm between letters for the blade, and two 3 mm tabs at the base. Keep the smallest counter at 6 mm so the card does not tear at the weeding stage.
Pre-production check
Check the cut file, where a 4 mm contour can snap in card; widen it for thick stock. Confirm the topper stands in a 200 mm cake and that the counters stay open after weeding.
A sticker sheet turns one purchase into a set of favours, and the chunky letters stay legible at 30 mm where a thin face would disappear.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Die-cut a sheet of six 40 mm stickers: the phrases at 12 pt, the names at 8 pt, and 2 mm clear to each die. Keep the counters at least 4 mm and print four flat colours on white vinyl.
Pre-production check
Check the 12 pt phrase, where a counter can close at the die edge; enlarge it. Confirm the stickers peel cleanly and that the colours stay registered across the sheet.
A chunky sticker label reads as friendly packaging, and the contour lets the same artwork sit on white, kraft or a coloured tin without a redesign.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 mm round label: the brand at 14 pt with a 2 mm contour, the flavour in a 6 pt sans, and 4 mm inside the die. Keep the letters to two colours so the label stays legible on a busy shelf.
Pre-production check
Check the 14 pt brand, where the offset shadow can merge with the outline; reduce the offset below 20 pt. Confirm the 6 pt flavour reads on the shelf and that the contour holds on a curved tin.
