Fat bubble display with contour
Rocket Bubble is a fat bubble display in pastel rainbow with a heavy white contour: very round letters with fat strokes and pinched counters, a bounce across the line, a ribbon above and a badge beneath, with a rocket and a smiling star in the corners of a soft sky.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The two words are stacked and each letter is an inflated shape: the strokes are almost circular, the counters are pinched slits, and the joins are fully round, which is what makes the letters read as balloons rather than type. The white contour is heavy and even, and it is what allows each letter to sit on a different pastel colour without the word falling apart. The bounce keeps the pair lively, and the tight spacing lets the two lines lock together as one image. Because the shapes are fat and the counters small, the face works at sticker and poster size only, and the specimen sets it large on a soft sky with a ribbon, a badge and two characters that belong to the product rather than the typeface.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Rocket Bubble’s stroke geometry.
A bubble face reads as celebration from across a room, and the heavy contour lets a home printer cut the banner out and mount it without a white edge.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print 800 by 400 mm: the name at 120 mm x-height with a 4 mm contour, the age at 45 mm, and a 6 mm border. Keep 25 mm margins so the contour never touches the edge, and print four colours on a light ground.
Pre-production check
Check the banner at four metres, where the pinched counters can close into dots; open them for that scale. Confirm the 45 mm age reads at three metres and that the contour survives the trim.
A bubble sticker is a product children ask for, and the contour makes the artwork work on any surface without a background print.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Die-cut a 60 mm sticker: the shop at 13 pt, the phrase at 8 pt, and 2.5 mm clear to the die. Keep the smallest counter at 4 mm and print four colours on white vinyl with a matte laminate.
Pre-production check
Check the die cut at 60 mm, where a counter can close; enlarge it. Confirm the sticker adheres to a curved toy and that the contour holds after handling.
A bubble face sets a summer mood at a glance, and the flat pastels keep a short-run poster affordable for a one-day event.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A2 portrait: the event at 140 mm x-height, the date at 30 mm, and a 5 mm rule. Keep 30 mm margins and print four flat colours on a light ground, keeping the ribbons and characters outside the type block.
Pre-production check
Check the poster at five metres, where pastel on a light ground can wash out; darken the contour. Confirm the 30 mm date reads at three metres and that the characters do not crowd the letters.
