Smooth rounded bubble blocks with a glossy highlight and thick white outline
Kinder Bubble is a smooth rounded block alphabet in which every letter carries a bright highlight and a thick white outline, so a word reads as a set of glossy plastic letters.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The K keeps one stem and a splayed arm, the I is a single bar with rounded caps, the D closes a full bowl and the B holds two even lobes, all at a very heavy weight with fully rounded ends. The highlight sits along the upper left of each stroke and the outline runs outside it, which is what gives the plastic-toy look in the sample. Because each letter is a separate, evenly weighted shape, they can take a different colour without breaking the rhythm — the sample runs a full colour sequence across two words. Counters are small and round, so the face wants 24 pt minimum and works best at poster or sticker size. The pale ground, the pastel clouds, the stars and the pill-shaped caption are presentation; the typeface is the two words.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Kinder Bubble’s stroke geometry.
The glossy blocks read at 40 cm across a printed backdrop, and the per-letter colour lets one print carry the whole party palette.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 1.8 by 1.2 m backdrop: set the child's name at 40 cm tall, keep 20 cm between letters so the outlines stay separate, and leave 15 cm of blank banner around the name so the eyelets fall on plain ground.
Pre-production check
A glossy highlight printed at 40 cm reads as a wet patch on matte banner; check the proof and keep the highlight as a colour break rather than a laminate.
The rounded blocks cut and laminate well for a wall display, and the thick outline keeps each letter distinct at 8 cm across a busy wall.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut an A3 sheet set: set each letter at 8 cm tall, keep 6 mm of material between the outline and the cut, and laminate before guillotining so the edges seal and the letters survive a term on the wall.
Pre-production check
A laminate edge lifting from a rounded outline peels fast; check one laminated letter and leave a 4 mm border of clear laminate outside the outline.
The glossy shapes read on a small sticker and the thick outline keeps the word legible against a saturated party bag at 12 pt.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 mm round sticker: set the greeting at 12 pt, keep 5 mm inside the die so the outline is not clipped, and choose a matte laminate so the bag does not smudge the gloss when it is packed.
Pre-production check
A glossy laminate on a paper bag rubs off in transit; check a packed bag and use a matte finish for anything that will be handled.
