Inflated bubble capitals with soft irregular contours and no straight edges
Bubble Charm is an inflated capital alphabet in which every letter swells outward, the contours wobble slightly and no stroke runs straight, so a word reads as a set of soft shapes rather than as typography.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The B closes two plump lobes of unequal size, the C swells past a half circle, the H keeps its crossbar low and the M pinches at the centre, all at one very heavy weight with fully rounded ends. The wobble is deliberate: the outlines are not ruled, so the edges breathe and the word looks drawn rather than generated, which is what separates this face from a mechanical bubble template. Counters stay small and round, so the letters read at 60 pt on a poster but close up below 16 pt. Because the letters are separate and evenly weighted, they can be filled in different colours without breaking the rhythm. The pink ground, the soft cloud shapes, the faint grid and the two caption lines are presentation; the typeface is the two words.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Bubble Charm’s stroke geometry.
The inflated shapes read on a shelf at arm's length, and the soft contours keep a licensed-looking product friendly rather than corporate.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 250 mm square box lid: set the title at 60 pt across the upper third, set the age mark in a 10 pt rounded sans at the corner, and leave 20 mm of margin so the swollen letters do not run into the lid edge.
Pre-production check
A bubble letter printed close to a fold loses its outer curve; check the die line against the artwork and pull the title in by 5 mm before the printer runs it.
The soft caps fit a narrow sleeve at 18 pt, and the rounded shapes survive a flexographic print on uncoated board where a fine face would break.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 mm tall sleeve: set the shop name at 18 pt along the centre, set the roast in a 6 pt caps sans beneath, and keep 8 mm of clear board at each end so the swell is not cut by the sleeve seam.
Pre-production check
Flexo printing on corrugated board softens every curve further; check a printed sleeve on the actual cup and open the tightest counter if the letters start to merge.
The inflated letters sit on a small sticker as solid shapes, which is what a favour bag needs from across a party table.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 mm round sticker: set the greeting at 14 pt across the centre, keep the name in a 5 pt sans beneath, and leave 5 mm inside the die so the rounded ends stay whole when the sticker is peeled and placed by hand.
Pre-production check
Hand-applied stickers land slightly off-centre; check a set of six on the bags and keep the type block within 70 percent of the die width.
