Extra-plump groovy bubble letters with tucked curl terminals
Happy Chunky is an extra-plump bubble display in which the stems balloon, the counters shrink to small openings, the terminals tuck into curls and the letters almost touch, so a short phrase reads as one sticker-ready block.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The B swells two round bowls, the a folds a small counter under a heavy shoulder, the p closes a tight ring and the y finishes in a tucked curl, all at a maximal weight with almost no negative space between neighbours. The tight fit is the character: the words read as blocks rather than as letters, which is why the sample sets two short rows with air around them. Because the counters are small, the face wants 34 pt before they stay open and it cuts from three quarters of an inch of cap height in vinyl. The pale ground, the small stars and the caption are presentation; the plump lettered rows are the face.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Happy Chunky’s stroke geometry.
The plump shapes cut into stickers without small parts, and the tight fit stays whole at 30 mm on a shaped die with a pale ground.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 mm shaped sticker: set the word at 30 mm, keep 4 mm of clear vinyl around the outermost curve, and keep the small counters at 2 mm so they stay open.
Pre-production check
Counters under 1.5 mm close in a laminated sticker; check the sheet and keep the word at 30 mm or above.
The groovy weight reads at a distance, and the balloon stems stay solid at 60 mm on a printed cart panel in one flat colour.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 500 by 200 mm panel: set the word at 60 mm, keep 25 mm of border so the curled terminals stay inside, and set the flavours in a 12 pt sans beneath.
Pre-production check
A tucked curl printed to the edge looks clipped; check the mounted panel and keep 20 mm of margin.
The chunky letters read across a room, and the tight fit holds a two-word greeting at 80 mm on an A3 banner hung on a wall.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 banner: set the greeting at 80 mm on one row, keep 24 mm of border, and set the age in a 24 pt rounded sans beneath with 16 mm of clear ground.
Pre-production check
Two plump rows printed close merge into one mass; check the banner and keep 18 mm between rows.
