Rounded bubble capitals with small counters and a soft white sticker outline
Cloudy Pop is a rounded bubble capital alphabet with small counters and a soft white outline, so a word reads as a set of inflated stickers that can sit on any background.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The C closes a wide crescent, the L keeps one fat arm, the O holds a small round counter and the D closes a plump bowl, all at a very heavy even weight with fully rounded ends. The counters are deliberately small relative to the strokes, which is what gives the face its kawaii proportion rather than the look of a geometric rounded sans. Every letter carries a white outline in the sample, which lets each one take a pastel fill and still stay separate on a busy ground. Because the shapes are simple and equal, they colour independently without breaking the rhythm. Counters close up below 18 pt, so the face wants display sizes. The cream ground, the clouds, the hearts, the dashed trails and the banded caption are presentation; the typeface is the two words.

The small counters and the white outline make each letter read as a separate sticker, which is exactly how a party set is used on cups and bags.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 sticker sheet: set each letter at 22 mm tall inside a 30 mm hexagon, keep 4 mm between die cuts, and leave 5 mm from the sheet edge so the outline is not clipped when the sheet is kiss-cut.
Pre-production check
Kiss-cutting a white outline needs a clean die line; check one sheet after the cut and keep the outline at 1.5 mm minimum.
The rounded weight prints cleanly on a small sleeve and the outline keeps a short name readable against a coloured cup at 20 pt.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 mm sleeve: set the brand at 20 pt across the centre, set the flavour in a 6 pt rounded sans beneath, and keep 8 mm of clear sleeve at each end so the outline is not cut by the glued seam.
Pre-production check
A glued seam under a light outline shows as a stripe; check an assembled cup and keep the type off the overlap side.
The inflated letters read on a printed cake board at 40 mm, and the outline lets the name sit over a photographic print without a panel.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 250 mm round board: set the greeting at 40 mm across the upper half, keep the bakery credit in a 10 pt rounded sans at the foot, and leave 30 mm of clear board around the edge so the board rim does not cut the outline.
Pre-production check
A board printed edge to edge is trimmed after printing; check the trim line against the artwork and keep the lettering inside 80 percent of the diameter.
