Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The A closes to a soft point, the L and the P hold short arms and the letters vary in height and width so the two stacked words read as a hand-placed display rather than a set line. Contours are rounded and slightly wobbly, the outline adds a second edge around the whole block, and because the letters are separate the face takes a different colour per letter without looking patchy. Weight is maximal and even, counters are small and round and the fit is tight enough that the words lock together vertically. The pink ground, the pastel fills, the sparkles and the two small captions are presentation; the typeface is the two words.

The bubbly irregular letters read at a child's eye level and the separate shapes can be cut and coloured individually for a classroom display.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the heading at 70 mm tall on a 900 mm board, keep the names beneath in a plain 18 mm sans, and leave 20 mm of margin so the outlined letters stay inside the frame.
Pre-production check
Cut letters with a heavy outline need a minimum arm; check the vector at full size and thicken the thinnest arm before cutting.
The bouncing block letters read across a room and the per-letter colour keeps a printed banner lively without an illustration.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the greeting at 80 mm on a 1.2 m paper banner, set the child's name at 50 mm beneath it, and leave 30 mm at each end so the outline stays inside the edge.
Pre-production check
Paper banners crease between supports; add a second support and check the hanging a day before the party.
The friendly block letters give a worksheet a child-facing tone, and the open counters keep the words legible when photocopied at A4.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the header at 26 pt at the head of an A4 sheet, keep the instructions in a 12 pt sans at 16 pt leading, and hold 10 mm between the header and the first task.
Pre-production check
Photocopiers close the small counters of a bubbly face; check a copy at full size and open the a and e if they begin to fill.
