Broad capitals with sturdy stems and a long curved K leg
Chiko is a broad capital serif in which the stems stay substantial, the transitions curve smoothly and the K leg sweeps far beneath the neighbouring O to finish in a thick rounded terminal, so a single word reads as an extended editorial mark.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The K drops its leg below the baseline, the O keeps a wide round bowl, the transitions soften the joins and the terminals end in thick round shapes rather than sharp serifs. The extended leg is the character: one letter reaches under the next and holds the word together, which is why the sample sets five capitals over a blurred portrait. Because the leg travels, the layout needs 22 mm beneath and 16 mm at the right from 28 pt; the sample shows five capitals and proves neither a swash alphabet nor lowercase coverage.

The extended leg gives a cover title a single sweep, and the broad stems hold a short word at 68 pt on a coated cover. One extended leg is enough for a whole title.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 cover: set the title at 68 pt in capitals, keep 26 mm of clear ground beneath for the K leg, and set the cover lines at 11 pt in a serif on a 55 mm measure at the foot.
Pre-production check
A leg printed into a cover line collides with the first word; check the proof and keep 20 mm between the leg and any text.
The broad caps make a confident mark, and the thick terminal stays solid at 24 pt on a card in one ink. The terminal is the only curve in an otherwise square word.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an 85 by 55 mm card: set the wordmark at 24 pt, keep 14 mm beneath for the extended leg, and set the address in a 7 pt caps at the foot with 9 mm of clear space. Keep the card landscape.
Pre-production check
A rounded terminal printed at 18 pt fills into the serif beside it; check the proof and keep the wordmark at 22 pt or above.
The extended leg gives a modern suite its single flourish, and the broad capitals keep two names on one row at 24 pt on heavy card. The leg needs its own clear ground on the card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 130 by 180 mm card: set the names at 24 pt in capitals, keep 18 mm of clear ground beneath for the leg, and set the venue at 9 pt in a light serif with 14 mm of clear space below the row.
Pre-production check
A leg reaching into the venue line looks like a printing fault; check the proof and keep 16 mm of clear ground.
