Clean open-loop rounded geometric stencil sans
Dyobar is a tidy, modern rounded sans serif crafted without closed loops so every counter stays naturally bridged for stencil and laser cutting.

Open counter bridges hold interior islands intact on laser-cut wood, acrylic, and mylar stencils.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Dyobar is a clean open-loop rounded geometric stencil sans: circular bowls, thick even stems with fully rounded ends, and a bridge that opens every closed counter as a small gap in the curve. The geometry keeps a word friendly and the bridges make it usable as a cut stencil, so the gap width decides whether it paints or floods. It needs roughly 26 mm for the bridge and the rounded end to read, and it is best in one flat ink on raw board and white, or white on a dark surface where the rounded ends stay clean.

A rounded geometric stencil gives a small maker a friendly mark that also works on a spray stencil for their crate. The bridges hold at 20 mm on a card, and one ink prints the card, the tote and the label in a single order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Card A6, greeting 20 mm with 6 mm bridge clearance, note 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Tote print 300 x 300 mm, word 60 mm, 25 mm margins. Jar label 70 x 45 mm, word 12 mm, 4 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
On a cotton tote at 60 mm the rounded bridge closes under plastisol and the O fills into a disc after a wash. Use cut vinyl or widen the bridge to 3 mm, and wash one sample before the order.
An open-loop rounded stencil reads as a sprayed mark rather than a designed logo, which is what a small café wants on its crates. The bridges hold at 40 mm on a crate, and one can of paint covers the crate and the door decal without a mask.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Crate stencil 300 x 200 mm, letters 70 mm with 10 mm bridges, 20 mm margins. Door decal 400 x 200 mm, word 90 mm, 20 mm edge clearance. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 14 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A spray at 70 mm with a 6 mm bridge floods the gap on a rough board and the counter closes. Cut the stencil with 12 mm bridges or spray two light coats, and stencil one crate before the batch.
A rounded stencil sans reads as a sprayed workshop mark rather than a printed banner, which is what a design-technology room wants on its cupboards. The bridges let a class cut its own stencils at 90 mm, and one ink prints the bench labels in the same order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cupboard stencil 400 x 250 mm, letters 90 mm with 12 mm bridges, 20 mm margins. Bench label 120 x 40 mm, word 16 mm, 4 mm margins. Sign 600 x 400 mm, word 90 mm, 25 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Hand-cut card stencils at 90 mm collapse the 12 mm bridge to a 4 mm isthmus and the counter falls out during spraying. Cut a double bridge or spray the letters individually, and test one cupboard before the class set.
