Celestial Serif is a clean rounded monoline print sans with no serifs at all, despite the name: an even medium stroke, fully rounded ends, very open counters and a wide even spacing that keeps young readers from running letters together. The monoline keeps the face crisp at small sizes, and the rounded ends are the only warmth. It needs roughly 20 mm for the rounded end and the counter to read, and it is best in one dark ink on white, or a single bright colour on a pale ground.
