Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Bouncy Block Deluxe is a heavy rounded chunky bubble display: fat even-width letters with fully rounded corners, tight counters that almost close and a baseline that lifts a few letters so the word looks stacked and bouncing. It is a signage face, so it wants size and a single flat colour rather than fine detail. The counters are the finest element and they plug as soon as the face is reduced or cut in vinyl. It needs roughly 30 mm for the counter and the corner radius to read, and it is best as one flat ink on a light ground.

A chunky bubble display reads as a hand-cut classroom banner rather than a printed notice. The counters hold at 140 mm on a banner, and one ink prints the banner and the stickers in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Banner 1800 x 600 mm, word 160 mm with 14 mm counter clearance, 30 mm safe edge. Door sign 300 x 200 mm, word 60 mm, 15 mm margins. Sticker 60 mm round, word 14 mm, 3 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
At 14 mm on a 60 mm sticker the counters plug and the word reads as a solid tile. Raise the sticker word to 20 mm, and print one sheet before the run.
A bouncy bubble display makes a child's party look cut out rather than printed. The counters hold at 44 mm on a topper, and one vinyl colour covers the topper and the invite print.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 12 mm counter clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm vinyl topper at 48 mm has counters that weld shut during weeding and the letters fill in. Keep counters at 4 mm or above, and weed one topper before the party.
A heavy rounded display reads as a painted pool sign rather than a modern poster. The counters hold at 100 mm on a sign, and one flat ink prints the sign and the tags in one order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Sign 900 x 600 mm, word 120 mm with 14 mm counter clearance, 25 mm margins. Towel tag 90 x 50 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins. Cup print 70 x 50 mm, word 18 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 70 x 50 mm cup panel at 18 mm plugs the counters and the word prints as a slab. Raise cup type to 26 mm, and check one printed cup before the order.
