Narrow upright handwriting with tall ascenders and a soft even stroke

Visual anatomy & craft review
The capital D is drawn as a tall narrow bowl against a straight stem, and the lowercase that follows keeps the same slim proportion: the a closes a small counter, the i carries a soft dot, the l rises to the full ascender and the e loops back high. Weight is an even medium with rounded terminals, the slant is almost upright and nothing connects, so the face reads as handwriting practiced on a wide-ruled pad. Because the letters are narrow, two words fit a line at 32 pt where a rounder hand would wrap, which is useful for labels and headers. The white card on the beige surface, the pen and the two small caption lines are presentation; the handwriting is the two words.

The narrow upright hand fits a slim label at 10 pt, and the soft stroke keeps the product name from looking clinical beside the small sans line.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print on a 35 by 85 mm label: set the product name at 10 pt, set the scent in a 5 pt caps sans beneath, and leave 5 mm of margin so the tall ascenders clear the die on both sides.
Pre-production check
A narrow hand on a slim label leaves little room for a second line; check the artwork and drop the scent to the back label rather than condensing the writing.
The tall narrow frames write a recipe title into a narrow column, and the even weight keeps it legible at 20 pt among printed instructions.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 recipe card: set the title at 20 pt across the top, set the ingredients in a 8 pt sans at 11 pt leading, and hold 8 mm between the title and the first ingredient line.
Pre-production check
A handwritten title over a printed list can look pasted on; check the card at final size and use the same ink colour for both to tie them together.
The upright narrow hand addresses an envelope neatly, and the tall ascenders keep a long surname readable across the front at 12 pt.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the name at 12 pt on a 110 by 220 mm envelope, set the address block in a 10 pt serif beneath, and keep the block 14 mm below the name so the ascenders never touch the first address line.
Pre-production check
Addressing by hand and printing can drift in slant; check three envelopes from the run and keep the printed line within the same baseline.
