Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Happy Mama is an ultra-rounded bubble sans in caps with pillowy sausage strokes, wide open counters and a bouncy varying cap height that reads as marshmallow rather than balloon. The shapes are simple and closed, so the face cuts cleanly in vinyl and prints at 14 mm without the counters filling, and it is at its best in a soft multi-colour treatment or one pastel fill with a keyline. It is a family, kids and celebration face, and it needs a calm ground so the softness reads as intentional.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Happy Mama’s stroke geometry.
Pillowy letters read as soft and celebratory without being childish, which suits a shower for a second child. Open counters keep a name legible at 20 mm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Banner letters 130 mm on 2 mm card, 5 mm hole, 30 mm margins, 45 mm pitch. Topper 50 mm round, word 8 mm, 2 mm die margin. Sign 400 x 600 mm, word 90 mm, 40 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Marshmallow forms cut by hand look lumpy, and a rounded letter with a 30 mm counter is hard to follow. Die-cut the banner letters, and check one cut letter against a template.
Soft bubble caps read as a party in a single word, and the shapes cut cleanly for bunting a parent can make at home. Heavy strokes survive a small A6.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, name 18 mm, details 4.5 mm, 10 mm margins. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 10 mm from the rim. Bunting triangles 150 x 190 mm, letter 80 mm, 10 mm margin.
Pre-production check
Cup wraps cross a taper and a round word placed high distorts where the cup narrows. Keep the word in the flat centre band, and check one wrapped cup before the party.
Soft caps read as friendly rather than strict, which suits an early-years room. Even strokes laminate without glare halos around the counters.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Display letters 90 mm on 160 gsm, 30 mm margins, 50 mm pitch. Cubby label 80 x 40 mm, name 9 mm, 3 mm border. Sticker 30 mm round, word 5 mm, 2 mm die margin.
Pre-production check
Classroom displays are laminated and soft pastel fills show every roller mark. Use a matt laminate, and check one display letter at a child's eye level for glare.
