Visual anatomy & craft review
Bigboys is a layered three-dimensional street-art bubble graffiti display: fat interlocking letters with a deep offset block, a bright inner highlight, a hard keyline and small drips running off the baseline. The layers stack the word visually, and the drips are the finest element and close first. It needs roughly 34 mm for the drip and the layer stack to read, and it is best as a flat three-colour print on coated stock, or two inks where the deepest layer takes the darkest tone.

A layered graffiti display announces an urban birthday through the lettering alone. The stack holds at 44 mm on a topper, and three flat inks print the invite and the wraps as one set.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, word 44 mm with 12 mm layer clearance, details 8/11 pt, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, word 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, word 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A cup wrap printed across the taper shifts the deepest layer at the seam and the word reads as a doubled shape. Keep the word inside the flat 60 mm centre band, and wrap one cup before the party.
A layered graffiti face reads as a printed sticker rather than a corporate mark. The stack holds at 30 mm on a sticker, and three flat inks print the sticker and the mural from one separation.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Sticker 90 x 60 mm, word 30 mm with 8 mm layer clearance, 5 mm die margin. Mural 3000 x 2000 mm, word 600 mm, 100 mm safe edge. Card 85 x 55 mm, word 20 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 90 x 60 mm sticker at 30 mm closes the drips into the keyline and the name reads as a solid tile. Raise the sticker word to 38 mm, and check one sheet before the run.
A graffiti display reads as a youth-club flyer rather than a school notice. The stack holds at 120 mm on a poster, and three flat inks print the poster and the shirts in one pass.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Poster A2, word 120 mm with 14 mm layer clearance, details 40 mm, 20 mm margins. Banner 1500 x 400 mm, word 150 mm, 30 mm safe edge. Shirt print 300 x 400 mm, word 90 mm, 20 mm margins.
Pre-production check
Screen printed on a shirt at 70 mm the drips bridge and the deepest layer fills after a wash. Use a 2 mm stencil bridge, and wash one sample before the order.
