Whymore writes script and serif with a slightly gothic atmosphere. Diablo is dark and theatrical, Ronsa more measured, and the nine releases favour contrast between a dramatic lead and a calm support face.

Modern bold serif with diagonal swashes
Ronsa is a modern bold serif in cream over a portrait: heavy verticals, extremely thin joins, and capitals whose strokes are cut on a long diagonal, so the R and the A end in blades rather than serifs, giving the word an aggressive couture silhouette.
Heavy retro script with broad swash tails and fat curled capitals
Brighton Avenue is a heavy retro script in which each word ends in a broad horizontal swash, the capitals curl over themselves and the stroke stays fat from start to finish.

Ornate tattoo script with hatched shading and long capital flourishes
Chicago is an ornate tattoo script in which the capitals throw long flourishes, the stems carry drawn-in shading strokes and the tails curl into hooks, so a single word reads as a piece of lettering rather than as text.

Chicano gothic-script hybrid with heavy flourishes and a shaded inner stroke
Ulgiora is a chicano-style hybrid in which a gothic skeleton is drawn as a connected script, with heavy flourishes that leave the word at both ends and a fine shaded line inside the thick strokes.
