Tjiwidej Heritage is a two-part family: a humanist book serif with a warm olive-brown cast, generous x-height and softly bracketed serifs, plus a slanted botanical script whose flourishes stay airy rather than dense. The serif carries names, headings and short body copy; the script carries one or two words only, because its connections are loose and its ascenders long. Together they set up a clear hierarchy without needing a third face, which is what a small producer wants on packaging. The serif is comfortable at 8 pt in print, while the script wants 14 mm or more before the ligatures resolve.
