Paw-ring monogram design
Puppy Paws is a monogram design in black on pale grey: a serif capital P inside a ring of alternating solid and outlined paw prints, with four paw clusters at the corners, a small tracked line above and two plain lines at the foot.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
This is a design rather than a text face, and the plate shows the intended output: a single initial sits in the centre of a circular arrangement of paw prints, which alternate between solid and open so the ring has rhythm rather than weight. The four corner clusters are the same paw in larger sizes, which shows how the element behaves at two scales. The serif initial matters, because it has to hold its own against a busy ring at small sizes, and the plate uses a sturdy one. Because the ring is a fixed drawing, the design suits an initial and a short word rather than a sentence, and the size floor is set by the open paws, which close first. It suits a pet business mark, a tag and a card.

A paw-ring monogram gives a groomer a mark that names the trade, and the single initial keeps a small die readable. A single initial keeps a small ring readable.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 50 by 50 mm label: the ring at 40 mm, the initial at 18 pt, and the phone at 7 pt. Keep 5 mm inside the die and keep the open paws above 1.5 mm.
Pre-production check
Check the initial at 18 pt inside a small ring, where the paws can crowd; keep 3 mm between the ring and the letter. Confirm the 7 pt phone reads at arm's length and that the label peels cleanly.
A paw monogram personalises a pet gift, and the ring gives a small tag a finished edge without a second ornament. A pet gift wants a personal mark.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print 45 by 70 mm tags: the ring at 32 mm, the initial at 16 pt, and the name at 7 pt. Keep 5 mm inside the die and punch the hole clear of the paws. Keep the ring off the punched hole.
Pre-production check
Check the 16 pt initial on a 45 mm tag, where the paws can reach the hole; keep 8 mm clearance. Confirm the tags tie cleanly and that the open paws stay visible.
A paw mark signals the service from a distance, and the ring converts to a single-colour cut for a van door. It reads as a service mark from the kerb.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut 400 by 400 mm vinyl: the ring at 320 mm, the initial at 120 mm, and one colour. Keep 25 mm margins and keep the open paws above 6 mm. Leave 20 mm clear around the ring for the fixings.
Pre-production check
Check the cut at 320 mm, where an open paw can tear on weeding; thicken it to 8 mm. Confirm the mark reads at ten metres and that the vinyl seats on a curved panel.
