Ultra-tall narrow capitals
Nexusbold is an ultra-tall condensed display in off-white on black: capitals with shared-looking top bars, long rectangular counters and flat terminals, set as one enormous word that fills the whole sheet, surrounded by small technical labels, a barcode and a red badge.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The plate is designed as a poster rather than as a sample: the word fills the frame edge to edge, small labels sit in the corners, and a barcode and a badge complete the register. The drawing is an ultra-tall capital face with rectangular counters, and the letters are so narrow that the word reads as a graphic band rather than as text, which is the intended effect and the main limit. That construction sets a large size floor and demands height; a buyer should not expect the face to work in a single line of running text. The small labels and the barcode are staging that name the audience. It suits a poster, a sleeve and a screen at display size.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Nexusbold’s stroke geometry.
An ultra-tall face converts a short name into a graphic band, which is what a warehouse poster needs to stop a passer-by.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A1 poster: the night at 300 mm cap height, the date in a 24 mm sans, and the door at 12 mm. Keep 25 mm margins and print two colours on a dark stock with the type reversed out.
Pre-production check
Check the A1 at six metres, where a slot can close; keep it above 4 mm. Confirm the 12 mm door reads at two metres and that the date clears the band on both sides.
An ultra-condensed title fills a portrait cover top to bottom, and the rectangular counters hold on a coated stock. It fills the height.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the title at 180 mm cap height across 110 mm, the subtitle in an 8.5 pt sans, and the issue at 7 pt. Print one ink on a matte stock and keep 18 mm margins at the head.
Pre-production check
Check the title at 180 mm, where a counter can fill; keep the slaughters above 0.4 mm. Confirm the 7 pt issue survives lamination and that the title clears the trim by 15 mm.
An ultra-narrow face fits a long studio name on a deep blade, which suits a narrow frontage with no room for a wide mark.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Fabricate a 280 by 900 mm blade: the name at 220 mm cap height, the floor in a 16 mm sans, and a 3 mm return. Keep 18 mm margins and specify a matte powder coat.
Pre-production check
Check the blade at 220 mm, where a slot can vanish in metal; open it. Confirm the 16 mm floor reads at two metres and that the blade clears the pavement line.
Technical & licence verification
