Staff-lined music display
Music Notes is a tall heavy display in white on a warm gradient ground: fat capitals crossed by curved staff-like lines and scattered with note heads, clefs, sharps and flats, with a small line above, a thin frame around the sheet and bokeh circles behind the type.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The plate is a poster for a musical subject and the letterforms carry the notation: staff lines run through the letters in waves and the notes sit inside the strokes, so the word reads as a bar of music rather than as a heading. That construction sets a large size floor, because the notes and the staff lines close when the letters shrink, and the plate sets the words large enough that each symbol reads. The gradient ground and the bokeh are staging that give the white a warm surround. The small line above is product copy. Because the letters are heavy and decorated, the face suits a concert poster, a record sleeve and a shirt, and it is a device for two words rather than a face for a paragraph.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Music Notes’s stroke geometry.
A staff-lined display names the event in the lettering, and the white holds over a warm gradient where a dark face would merge.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A2 poster: the night at 110 mm cap height, the acts in a 22 mm sans, and the venue at 11 mm. Keep 28 mm margins and print two colours on a light stock.
Pre-production check
Check the A2 at five metres, where a note head can close; keep it above 2 mm. Confirm the 11 mm venue reads at two metres and that the frame clears the trim.
A decorated display gives a music cover a subject in the type, and the staff lines hold at thumbnail size. The staff lines hold at thumbnail size.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Set the title at 90 mm cap height across 190 mm, the subtitle in an 8.5 pt sans, and the issue at 7 pt. Print two colours on a coated stock and keep 22 mm margins at the head.
Pre-production check
Check the title at 90 mm, where a staff line can fill; keep it above 0.8 mm. Confirm the 7 pt issue survives lamination and that the title clears the trim.
A music display prints as merch, and the notation reads on a dark shirt where a plain display would look empty. The notation reads on a dark shirt.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 260 mm chest graphic: the band at 60 mm cap height, the year at 26 mm, and two inks on a dark shirt. Keep the smallest note at 4 mm and place the graphic 80 mm below the collar.
Pre-production check
Check the screen at actual mesh, where a 4 mm note can fill; enlarge it. Wash-test one shirt and confirm the staff lines stay continuous after five cycles.
Technical & licence verification
Confirm included OTF/TTF/WOFF formats, full glyph tables and licence coverage on the live store page before batch production.
