Ghost-bodied melting display
Meltie Ghost is a playful display on a night scene: soft ghost-bodied letters in orange and lavender with small facial holes and scalloped melting lower edges, set in two lines between a small curved introducing note and two plain lines naming the formats, over a graveyard, a moon and a haunted house.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The plate is a seasonal scene, and the construction is inside the letters: each form is a soft body with a scalloped lower edge and two or three facial holes, so the word reads as a row of ghosts rather than as typeset text, and the two colours split the lines so the eye separates them on a busy ground. That construction sets a large size floor, because the facial holes close first. The curved introducing note, the descriptor and the format line are product copy, and the graveyard behind is staging. It suits a card, a shirt and a poster for a young audience, and the faces make it a device for a short greeting rather than a face for a paragraph.

A ghost display keeps the season playful, and the soft bodies read on a dark card where a thin face would disappear. It stays playful on a dark card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
A6 card: the greeting at 30 pt, the details in a 10 pt sans, and the date at 9 pt. Keep 15 mm margins, print three colours on a dark card and leave 12 mm at the foot for the party time.
Pre-production check
Check the 30 pt greeting at home-print resolution, where a facial hole closes; keep it above 1.2 mm. Confirm the details keep a 4.5:1 contrast and that the card folds flat.
A ghost tag names a bag, and the fat bodies hold at a small die where a fine face would disappear into the card. It holds on a small die.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print 45 by 70 mm tags: the name at 11 pt, the year at 7.5 pt, and three colours on a white card. Keep 5 mm inside the die, keep the eyes above 0.8 mm and punch clear of a face.
Pre-production check
Check the 11 pt name on a tag, where the eyes fill; keep them above 0.8 mm. Confirm the year reads at arm's length and that the tags tie cleanly.
A ghost display prints as costume kit, and the orange and lavender hold on a dark shirt from across a room. It reads on a dark costume shirt.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 250 mm chest graphic: the night at 55 mm cap height, the year at 26 mm, and three inks on a dark shirt. Keep the smallest facial hole at 4 mm and place the graphic 80 mm below the collar.
Pre-production check
Check the screen at actual mesh, where a 4 mm hole can fill; enlarge it. Wash-test one shirt and confirm the melting edges stay clean after five cycles.
