Visual anatomy & craft review
Bubble Joy is a stackable two-style cartoon bubble duo in a regular and an outline cut: fat rounded letters drawn so a second line can stack tight beneath the first, with a thick keyline in the regular and a hollow face where only the outline prints in the second cut. The pair builds a two-colour stack without a separate shadow shape, which is how a children's headline is usually assembled by hand. The outline cut closes its counters first and needs more size than the regular, while the regular's keyline doubles the word's footprint on any panel. The regular needs roughly 28 mm and the outline 32 mm for their detail to read.

A stackable bubble duo lets one invite carry a name and a second line from the same family. The regular holds at 44 mm on a topper, and the outline sets the second line at 30 mm beneath it.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Invite A6, regular 44 mm, outline 30 mm, 10 mm between lines, 12 mm margins. Topper 130 x 110 mm, regular 48 mm with a 6 mm stick slot and 12 mm clear. Cup wrap 200 x 90 mm, regular 20 mm, 12 mm from the rim.
Pre-production check
A 130 mm topper cut on the outline face leaves 1.5 mm strokes that stretch during weeding. Weld the outline to the backing shape, and test one before the party.
A stackable bubble duo turns a children's page into a two-line comic headline. The regular holds at 52 pt on a coated page, and the outline sets the subhead at 30 pt in the same order.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Header 52 pt with 8 mm keyline clearance, subhead 30 pt in the outline cut, body 12/17 pt over two columns of 82 mm, 18 mm margins. Cover flash 90 x 60 mm, word 32 pt, 6 mm margins.
Pre-production check
At 30 pt on the subhead the outline counters close and the line reads as a solid bar. Keep the outline at 36 pt and above, and proof one page at 1:1.
A two-style bubble duo gives a toy brand a stacked mark with depth without a shadow effect. The regular holds at 30 mm on a box, and the outline repeats it at 20 mm beneath in a second ink.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Box print 200 x 200 mm, regular 50 mm, outline 30 mm, 8 mm between lines, 20 mm margins. Sticker 60 x 60 mm, regular 18 mm, 4 mm die margin. Card 85 x 55 mm, regular 20 mm, 5 mm margins.
Pre-production check
A 60 x 60 mm sticker at 18 mm closes the outline counters and the name reads as a disc. Raise the sticker word to 26 mm, and check one sheet before the run.
