Bulging retro forms with curled joins
Lucky Chunks is a bold retro display face in cream on terracotta: very fat letters whose bowls bulge past the stems, curled joins between the letters of a word, and a half-sun arch drawn between the two lines.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The phrase is stacked on three lines, the smallest on top, and the face is a retro display: each letter is a rounded block whose bowls swell wider than the stems, the l and the k throw small curls, the y drops a fat curved tail and the ch and the un pair up so that the letters of a word read as one bulging shape rather than separate forms. The stroke is very heavy everywhere with no contrast, and the counters are small circles, which is what gives the face its period feel and keeps it legible only at a large size. A half sun in orange is drawn between the lower two lines, small tracked lines name the style and the studio, and the ground is a flat terracotta. Lucky Chunks is a display face for posters, packaging and party goods, and it needs one or two short words at a large size where the bulges have room.

A bulging retro face gives a drink a period identity, and the heavy weight holds at shelf distance where a light face would dissolve into the row.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 60 by 90 mm label: set the brand at 18 pt on one line, keep 7 mm of clear ground beneath before the flavour at 5.5 pt, and hold 5 mm of margin on all four sides of the label.
Pre-production check
Bulging bowls can merge at eighteen points; print one label on the real stock and check the counters before the order.
A fat retro face reads right across a room and looks painted for the day, and the half-sun device turns a plain banner into a designed print.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 900 by 400 mm banner: set the greeting at 140 pt over two lines, keep 30 mm of clear ground beneath before the date at 44 pt, and hold 26 mm of border on all four sides.
Pre-production check
A very heavy face can close its counters on fabric; print one section at the final size and check the gaps before the order.
A bulging display face works on a round sticker because the shapes fill the die, and one short word carries the whole design without an illustration.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 100 by 150 mm sheet of 40 mm stickers: set the word at 20 pt inside each die, keep 7 mm of clear ground to the die line, and repeat the block across the sheet.
Pre-production check
A bulging bowl can cross a tight die; print one sheet and cut it before running the rest of the batch.
