Upright contrast mixed case with a thin K arm and curved lower l and t feet
Kulture is a minimal serif with a large x-height, very short flat serifs, and a moderate contrast that keeps the colour of a paragraph even across the page.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
Kulture sits across the middle of the card in a soft cream over a dark fashion photograph, set in a size that shows the proportions: tall lowercase, a small bowl on the a, a straight-sided o, and serifs short enough to look like the ends of the strokes. The contrast between thick and thin is real but restrained, so the word does not sparkle the way a didone does, and the spacing is open enough that the letters do not touch. Three small tracked lines frame the word: a credit at the top left, the style at the top right, and a note about language support along the foot. The face is quiet by design, which is what makes it useful: it can carry an editorial page at ten points, a brand wordmark, or a bridal suite, and it will not impose a period on any of them.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Kulture’s stroke geometry.
The even colour holds a long feature together on uncoated paper, and the short serifs keep the texture calm across a wide measure at ten and a half points.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 210 by 297 mm spread: set the body at 10.5 pt on 15 pt leading in a 120 mm measure, keep 14 mm of clear ground under the deck before the first line, and hold 9 mm between the two columns.
Pre-production check
Ink spread closes the small bowl on the a; print one spread on the real paper and inspect the counters before the issue.
The quiet proportions let a short name read as considered rather than styled, and the same family covers the wall labels and the invitation without a second face.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 45 mm wall label and a 148 mm invitation from one family: set the name at 20 pt on the invitation and 11 pt on the label, keep 8 mm of clear ground beneath the mark on both, and hold 6 mm from the neighbouring type.
Pre-production check
Fine serifs thin out on vinyl wall text; print one label on the actual material and check the ends of the stems.
The restrained serif suits a couple who want nothing decorative, and the large x-height keeps a long list of details readable on a small card.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 105 by 148 mm details card: set the names at 22 pt and the schedule at 9.5 pt on 13 pt leading, keep 12 mm of clear ground between the names and the first line, and hold 10 mm of margin on all sides.
Pre-production check
Small cards at tight leading close the serifs together; print one card at the finished size and check the line gaps first.
