Very heavy condensed capitals with squared stems and narrow oval counters
Edition shows white capital lettering spanning most of a dark portrait cover: thick vertical strokes and broad flat arms build a rectangular title, the O keeps rounded outer sides around a small vertically elongated counter and the I stands as a plain bar.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The stems stay very thick, the arms run flat, the O closes a narrow vertical slot and the I reduces to a single bar so the row reads as a solid band. The extreme density is the character: a short word becomes a block that fills a cover, which is why the title spans nearly the full width. Because the counters are slots, keep 34 pt before they hold, and keep the row short since longer phrases lose the block effect. The cover establishes this heavy direction but no wider family.

The heavy band fills a cover, and the condensed stems hold a one-word title at 90 pt across a coated page in one ink. The density turns a short word into a full cover band.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A4 cover: set the title at 90 pt spanning the width, keep 24 mm of clear ground above and below the band, and set the subtitle at 10 pt in a light sans on a short measure.
Pre-production check
A heavy band printed at 60 pt leaves the counters as slots; check the cover proof and keep the title at 80 pt or above.
The solid letters read from a distance, and the flat arms keep a two-word sign clear at 80 mm on a painted panel. The flat arms keep a painted panel calm.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Paint a 700 by 300 mm panel: set the words at 80 mm, keep 22 mm between the rows, and keep 28 mm of border so the squared stems stay inside the frame. Keep the two rows clearly apart.
Pre-production check
Two heavy rows painted flush merge into one band; check the mounted panel and open the gap to 26 mm. Paint the gap between the rows first.
The condensed weight sets a loud poster, and the flat arms hold a short event name at 70 pt on an A2 sheet in one colour. The heavy band reads at poster distance.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A2 poster: set the name at 70 pt across the upper third, keep 30 mm of clear sheet beneath before the date line at 20 pt, and keep 25 mm of margin all round. Keep the date line light against the band.
Pre-production check
A dense title printed over a photograph hides the image; check the poster and keep the band on a plain ground.
