of Jersey Outline.
Jersey Outline is an athletic slab family that sets solid slabs in uppercase and double-line outlined slabs in lowercase, adds matching digits, and ships SVG, DXF, PDF and EPS cut files for a plotter or laser. The two weights are designed to pair as a varsity sandwich, so a word can carry a solid number over an outlined name, and the outline version is drawn as a pair of strokes rather than a filled shape. It needs roughly 30 mm for the double line to stay open, and it is best in two athletic colours on white.

Solid and outlined slabs on one family is exactly how a varsity jersey is built, so the name and the number belong to the same system. The cut files let a school plot a heat-transfer name without redrawing the letterforms, and the outline version keeps a long surname legible on a shirt back.

A heat-transfer vinyl of the outlined lowercase closes its 1 mm double line at 60 mm on a knit and the name reads as a solid block. Use solid caps for transfers and reserve outlines for print, and weed one name before the team order.

Varsity slabs read as a team celebration, which is what a sports birthday is themed around. The outlined lowercase gives the banner a second tone without a second font, and the cut files make a 45 mm topper quick to plot at home.

A hobby plotter skips the fine inner stroke of the outlined lowercase at 45 mm and the topper comes out with floating fragments. Set the topper in solid caps or reduce the outline to one 1.5 mm stroke, and cut one prototype first.
Summer-league banner, field sign and trophy plate
Athletic slabs read as a league identity, which is what a summer competition prints on a field banner. The solid caps hold at 300 mm in one vinyl colour, and the outlined forms let the scoreboard panel carry a secondary label without a new typeface.
