Chunky upright letters with curved lower ends and open counters
Jelly Puff is chunky upright lettering in which the strokes stay thick and even, the lower ends curl to one side and the counters stay open, so a word reads as something drawn with a fat marker.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The j drops a descender that curves left and dots high, the e closes an open bowl, the double l keeps two thick stems with curled feet and the y finishes with a wide hooked tail, all at a heavy even weight with rounded ends and no contrast. The curl at the foot is the character: every stem turns slightly at the bottom, which keeps the face from reading as a rounded sans at 30 pt and gives it a hand-drawn rhythm. Because the strokes are thick and the counters open, the face holds at 18 pt on a label and reads at 60 mm on a bag. The white ground, the dotted pattern, the pink and orange inks, the small badge and the caption are presentation; the lettering is the two words.

Concrete hierarchy, scale and production guidance tailored to Jelly Puff’s stroke geometry.
The chunky upright letters read at 14 pt on a paper bag, and the curled feet keep a kids' brand from looking like a generic rounded sans.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 250 by 320 mm paper bag: set the brand at 14 pt on the front face, set the city in a 6 pt rounded sans beneath, and keep 35 mm from the top edge so the print clears the folded lip of the bag.
Pre-production check
A folded bag lip can crease the top of a letter; check the fold position against the artwork and drop the print lower rather than shrinking it.
The heavy letters cut cleanly in card and the open counters keep them readable against white frosting at 40 mm tall, where a filled script would disappear.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Cut a 130 mm wide topper: set the name at 40 mm tall, keep 6 mm of material around each stroke, and leave a 20 mm stem at the centre so the topper stands without a support behind it.
Pre-production check
A curled foot under 4 mm snaps when the topper is pushed into the cake; check the vector at full size and thicken the foot.
The chunky weight reads at 13 pt on a small sticker, and the curled feet give a plain favour bag a drawn detail without a mascot.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 45 mm round sticker: set the greeting at 13 pt, keep 5 mm inside the die so the curled foot is not clipped, and check that the descender of the j still clears the circle at that size.
Pre-production check
A descender close to a round die looks cut; check the artwork on the die line and shift the word up by 2 mm.
