Friendly upright handwriting with a tall x-height
Baby Handwrite is a friendly handwriting face in which the letters stand upright, the x-height stays tall and the strokes round off, so a two-word title reads as something written on a nursery card with a marker.

Visual anatomy & craft review
The B closes two round bowls, the a stays a single-storey oval, the b rises on a short stem, the y drops a hooked tail, the H sets two rounded stems and the d closes a wide bowl, all at a marker weight with rounded ends, a tall x-height and almost no slant. The upright stance is the character: the face reads clearly at small sizes, which is why the sample sets two words in black on a pale ground with drawn clouds around them. Because the strokes are even and round, the face holds from 20 pt and cuts cleanly in card. The pastel ground, the rainbow, the clouds, the hearts and the small ribbons are presentation; the black handwriting words are the face.

The upright marker letters read clearly on a small card, and the tall x-height keeps a name legible at 28 pt on a folded sheet.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 birthday card: set the name at 28 pt, set the date in a 9 pt sans beneath, and keep 12 mm of margin all round so the rounded letters sit inside the trim.
Pre-production check
A fold printed across the top of a word cracks the ink; check the folded card and keep the name below the crease.
The friendly upright hand suits a nursery cubby label, and the straight strokes stay readable at 22 pt on a laminated strip.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 90 by 40 mm strip: set the child's name at 22 pt, keep 5 mm of clear border, and laminate with a matte pouch so the label does not glare under classroom lights.
Pre-production check
A glossy laminate reflects the ceiling lights and hides the letter shapes; check the finished strip and use matte film.
The handwriting register suits a small childrenswear brand, and the even strokes hold a brand name at 20 pt on a woven label in one ink.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 40 by 25 mm woven label: set the brand name at 20 pt, keep 4 mm of border, and check the woven proof so the rounded ends stay open at thread level.
Pre-production check
Rounded ends can close up in a woven label; check the woven proof and keep the name at 22 pt if the shapes blur.
