Soft heavy capitals with split heart-like ends and waist spurs
Gherry shows rounded grey capitals on a very dark cover, where the H and Y carry divided top ends that resemble shallow hearts, small side projections interrupt their middles and broad bowls sit above short blunt feet.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The weight stays heavy, the bowls widen, the top ends split into two lobes and a small spur pushes out at the waist. That split end is the character: a soft cap face gains a romantic detail that survives a single colour, which is why the sample sets one short word on a dark ground. The border is not confirmed as a font extra, so keep the spurs large enough to read as intent and hold 32 pt before the split closes at the joint.

The soft split caps suit a romantic card, and the broad bowls hold a short phrase at 34 pt on an A6 sheet, where the two lobes at each top end read as hearts.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A6 card: set the phrase at 34 pt on one row, keep 18 mm of clear ground beneath before the names at 12 pt, and keep 14 mm of margin all round.
Pre-production check
The split ends merge under 24 pt; check a printed card at final size and hold the phrase at 30 pt or above.
The rounded caps give a sweet-shop label warmth, and the side spurs hold a two-word name at 24 pt on a 55 mm panel, kept large enough that the spurs read as detail.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 by 40 mm label: set the shop name at 24 pt on one row, keep 8 mm of clear ground beneath before the street at 6 pt, and keep 5 mm of border on each side.
Pre-production check
A waist spur printed at 16 pt disappears into the stem; check the plate proof and keep the name at 22 pt.
The soft heavy letters set a party banner, and the wide bowls read at 52 pt across an A3 sheet, where the split ends keep the mood playful rather than formal.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 banner: set the greeting at 52 pt on one row, keep 22 mm beneath before the details at 13 pt, and keep 20 mm of margin so the blunt feet stay whole.
Pre-production check
Two heavy rows on one banner crowd each other; check the sheet and keep the second line in a plain sans.
