Very heavy rounded black capitals with tiny round counters
Bubblora is a very heavy bubble display in which the bodies inflate, the counters shrink to small round holes and the contours stay soft and slightly uneven, so a short word reads as one solid shape from across a room.

Sturdy stroke walls and open counters weed cleanly on adhesive vinyl, HTV apparel film, and cut cardstock.
Visual anatomy & craft review
The B keeps two tiny holes, the O closes a small circle, the R carries a broad rounded leg and the letters sit close with no serifs and no visible distress. The tiny counters are the character, and they are also the constraint: reduce the word too far and the openings close, which is why the sample sets a single word large. Set a short focal heading in this face and put names, dates or descriptions in a more open companion, from 36 pt upward in print. The colourful bubbles around the word are separate artwork; the solid black lettering is the face.

The solid bubbles read at a distance, and the closed shapes keep the greeting legible at 90 mm on a printed vinyl banner.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print an A3 banner: set the greeting at 90 mm, keep the tiny counters at 4 mm wide, and set the name in a 22 pt rounded sans beneath with 16 mm of clear ground.
Pre-production check
Heavy letters printed at 24 pt close their counters; check the proof and keep the display word at 36 pt or above.
The inflated letters suit a kiosk front, and the solid mass holds at 70 mm on a painted panel in one flat colour in daylight.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Paint a 600 by 250 mm panel: set the word at 70 mm, keep 25 mm of border so the soft contours stay inside, and set the flavours in a 14 pt sans beneath.
Pre-production check
A solid bubble word painted to the frame edge looks clipped; check the mounted panel and keep 20 mm of margin.
The heavy shapes cut cleanly, and the tiny counters stay whole at 30 mm on a shaped die cut laid over white backing paper.
Hierarchy & layout recipe
Print a 55 mm shaped sticker: set the word at 30 mm, keep the counters at 2 mm minimum, and keep 4 mm of clear vinyl around the outermost curve of each letter.
Pre-production check
A die cut through a soft contour leaves a thin rim; check the sheet and keep 4 mm of clearance at every point.
